Acapo’s consultants have assisted Freebit over a number of years and we are pleased to assist one of the most professional companies in creating value based on intellectual properties and also one of the few companies in Norway that has advanced from development for own production to development and use of intellectual property rights for use for licensing to major international companies. Licenses are secured based on extensive use of intellectual property rights comprising patents, trademarks and design patents. Our consultants have been assisting Freebit in securing rights as well as assisting in infringement cases.

Freebit has developed a landmark technology that has opened the eyes of several leading actors in this market and it is therefore no surprise that also several other products in the above competition also uses technology from Freebit.
